I
WELL IN CASE YOU HAVE NOTICED THE BUTTERFLY THEME...I HAVE BEEN THINKING ALOT ABOUT CHANGE LATELY. I AM SO READY TO TAKE LIFE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. MY ROUTINE HAS BECOME SOMEWHAT BORING. NOT THAT I WANT BIG TIME ACTION OR ANYTHING, JUST SOME CHALLENGES. IT'S PROBLEY THE WHOLE "NEW YEAR" THING THAT HAS GOT ME REALLY THINKING ABOUT WHERE MY LIFE IS GOING AND WHAT I CAN DO TO KICK IT UP A NOTCH. MY JOB,MY LOVE LIFE, MY PASSIONS,HOBBIES,HEATH & FITNESS. EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE RE-VAMPED!! I KNOW I MUST REMAIN HUMBLE AND GRATEFUL IN THIS PROCESS. FIRST THERE HAS TO EVEN BE A PROCESS!! I HAVE NOT TAKEN STEP ONE.BUT I WILL.

Hi, Mr. Denny here, I sense your ambition in the way you seem to view life. The potential of one such as your self is truly enormous, unmeasurable even. Where and how to start? I recommend that you write down your goals on your events record and list them as short term-30 days, medium-1 year or long term-1-5-10 years. The next step is ACTION!!! Develope relationships with those mentors who can direct and monitor your progress. Get going now, time is a wastin'!! God Bless and Blog on! Mr. D

JFTG, this is for you! Mr. Denny Hello everyone, I hope you have had a good day so far? Mine has been excellent. One of the goals of sobriety, which is encouraged by most AA sponsors, is mirrored in the H.O.W. printed in our books and literature. Honesty, open mind and willingness to “DO THE WORK!” Recovery from addiction is no easy task, most suffer terribly for years and then die! Those who pass in accidents are almost, ”the lucky ones!” Jaded attitudes come from life experience which includes the horrors of addiction. Those who do recover usually simply choose to live rather than die. Oh yes! It really does get that bad, eventually! The disease of addiction, according to the A.M.A. is Primary (not caused by another sickness,) progressive (it always gets worse, never better,) incurable and when left untreated, terminal. Recovery rates are pathetically low with out intervention and therapy. AA is free therapy! I could go on for hours, that’s why I wrote 2 books and a website, check it out! www.acureforaddiction.com God bless you! Blog On! Mr. Denny

You have already conquered the first step by recognizing the need for change! We all need to strive for constant growth. Letting the "old" fall away and becomming something better is really exciting huh? Let God be your guide and comforter. Blessings to you honey! PJ
